I joined Beroe last year. Previously I was the CPO at TIAA-CREF. Prior to my CPO role, I served as SVP of Global Supply Chain at Wachovia Bank (now Wells Fargo) reporting to the CPO. I also served as head of Corp Sourcing at Progressive Insurance. The last year at Beroe has been an exhilarating journey. During this period, I have learned so much in terms of new country cultures, industries and companies. Additionally, Beroe has given me the opportunity to make my mark on the sales side since my previous work experience was in procurement. I firmly believe that Beroe is built on strong foundations and I look forward to this exciting journey and doing my bit to make it a highly successful one.

Being a part of the Beroe Consulting India Pvt Ltd for the past 14 months has been an exciting and rewarding experience for me, both personally and professionally. I joined Beroe as a research analyst with fairly little prior work experience and my work at Beroe has been instrumental in shaping me into a confident analyst with strong domain expertise. I joined Beroe as a Research Analyst straight out of a university almost two years back. I still remember my first week of training when I found myself sitting in a room surrounded by people from higher ranked institutes. I remember having concerns regarding how my performance would be viewed as against those sitting alongside me. Today, as a Domain Lead responsible for the Technology Domain, I can safely say that there is a strong ‘merit based reward’ policy at Beroe, which remains largely independent of an employee’s educational pedigree.

The company has provided me with training to develop new skills in research and market intelligence, while giving me the opportunity to chart my own level of performance. Beroe has also allowed me to learn from my mistakes. I am privileged to have experienced fast career growth here, which underlines the company’s focus on performance and merit.
