Job Description

• To manage QC, editing and formatting team in a lean and effective manner.
• To provide strong support for the research teams to enhance the quality of the reports by means of continuous feedback and providing training sessions.
• To have strong integration with Engagement Management and also with Editing and Formatting team.
• Highly proactive on issues that might arise in the process and also in the reports.
• To continuously monitor the quality rating sheet and provide timely feedback and escalations.
• To continuously monitor the metrics for QC, Editing and Formatting team.
• To review and provide valuable inputs on the reports checked for quality across various domains at Beroe.
• To be process compliant and ensure that the process is always followed.

Candidate eligibility

• Should possess strong skills in research.
• Thorough understanding of the various commodities and services under research.(The value chain of the commodity and the services).
• Thorough understanding on Competitive analysis of suppliers of the commodity or the service.
• Thorough understanding of Industry analysis.
• Should have understanding on various strategic frameworks to determine competitive positioning.
• Thorough understanding of Forecasts - Industry trends and more.
• Impact determination – macroeconomics/logistics/supply chain/disruptions/legislation/taxes on the supply and price of the Commodity.
• Should possess strong verbal and written skills.
• Should possess leadership skills (energize and motivate the team always).
