• Risk is a key strategic Business Unit at Beroe. Risk consists of two sub-verticals – Supply chain risk and financial risk. The objective of this role is to grow this BU into a highly profitable unit by focusing on quality of delivery, timeliness and building a highly process oriented delivery team.

Job Scope and Key Responsibilities

• The incumbent will have the complete P&L responsibility for Risk vertical.
• Be the interface between the clients and the delivery team.
• Manage delivery teams’ SLAs and TATs.
• Build ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) based risk impact analysis.
• Manage the delivery team.

Educational & Professional Credentials

• At least 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in Risk – both supply chain and financial.
• An exposure to ERM.
• Delivery focused.
• Should have managed teams.
• Key traits desired: out of the box thinking, people management, sense of urgency, accountability, ability to think quick on their feet.
